SHOWMAN and theatrical entertainment expert Dr Tony Lidington will be reading the classic Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol in Dawlish.

Tony, who is renowned for his expertise in British performance, will be in action at the Strand Centre on Friday, December 23, from 6.30pm.

His reading of the favourite Christmas tale by Dickens will be accompanied by candle light.

Mulled wine and mince pies will also be available. 

The event is raising money for the Strand Centre’s Christmas Support Fund.
