FLIGHTS from Exeter Airport have been grounded to a halt or delayed as heavy snow and strong winds hit the area.

Flybe have axed five flights already including the 10.10am to Edinburgh and 12.30pm flight to Glasgow.

Commuters hoping to board the 11.45am take-off to Belfast City will be facing delays with the flight expected to set off at 12.05pm.

Airliner TUI haven’t announced any changed to its flights.
