A TEIGNMOUTH man who failed to give information to the police has been fined and given six penalty points.
Daniel Giles Maddocks, aged 50, of Diamonds Lane, Teignmouth, changed his plea to guilty of failing to provide police with the identification of the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
He was fined £350 and ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and £35 to fund victim services.
