AN uninsured vehicle owner from Ashburton has been fined £147.

Slawomir Drozdzalski, aged 47, of Beverley Gardens admitted being the keeper of a vehicle that did not meet the insurance requirements. He was fined £147 and ordered to pay costs of £100 and £59 to fund victim services.
