A DAWLISH woman has been fined for using a train without a valid ticket.
Danielle Campbell, 30, of Hawthorn Place, entered the train at Starcross on October 23 2021 with the purpose of travelling but without a ticket.
She admitted the offence and was fined £40 by magistrates who also ordered her to pay compensation of £3.30 and a victim surcharge of £34.

A DAWLISH man has also been fined for entering a train without a valid ticket.
Mark Oliver, 40, of Hawthorn Place, was charged with using the train at Starcross on October 23 2021.
The case was proved in his absence.
Magistrates fined him £220 and ordered him to pay compensation of £3.30, victim surcharge of £34 and prosecution costs of £180.
