THE Royal National Lifeboat Institution is thousands of pounds better off thanks to generous donations from customers of one Teignbridge garden centre.
Customers shopping at Jack's Patch in Bishopsteignton, in addition to team members from Otter Garden Centres, which heads up Jack's Patch, have raised more than £2,000 for Teignmouth RNLI.
A spokesman for Teignmouth RNLI said: 'A huge thank you to the team and customers at Jack’s Patch for their fundraising efforts on behalf of RNLI Teignmouth last year.'
Otter Garden Centres have outlets across Devon, including Plymouth, Torbay and Taunton.
A spokesman for Otter Garden Centres said: 'Well done and thank you to our team members and customers at Jack's Patch who raised £2,152.75 for RNLI Teignmouth during 2022 - a great effort!'
