I would like to present the financial facrs about Morrisons coming to Teignmouth.

There are two separate sums due to Teignbridge. I would like to deal with both those amounts.

Morrisons won the tender put out by Teignbridge Council and is indeed going to pay Teignbridge £9,550,00 capital for purchasing the site.
