POLICE have released an image of a man they want to speak to in connection with a sexual assault at Newton Abbot bus station.

The incident happened during the afternoon of May 17, when a woman was sexually assaulted over clothing at the town’s bus station.

Devon and Cornwall Police said officers have been investigating since the incident was reported and are now appealing to the public for help identifying the man pictured.

A police spokesperson said they were aware the image was of low quality but hoped someone may still recognise the individual or have information that could assist enquiries.
