AN injunction has been slapped on a Teignmouth neighbour from hell.

And David Kane, 56, has been warned he could be arrested if he continues to blight the lives of fellow tenants at Douglas House.

Newton Abbot and Torquay County Court heard he behaved in a drunken manner in the communal areas and was noisy, verbally abusive and threatening towards his neighbours.

Teign Housing, the social housing landlord, obtained a 12-month anti-social behaviour injunction against him last week. one neighbour went to court to describe how his disruptive actions had affected them.

CCTV footage showing some of his actions was also produced in evidence.
