SOUTH Devon Railway chiefs have been told their insurance policy covers them for the costly Boxing Day landslip which has put them off the rails until next month.

The seven-mile long line from Totnes to Buckfastleigh was blocked when 500 tonnes of rock, soil and trees tumbled on to the track after weeks of winter storms.
