RESIDENTS are invited to the Annual Town Meeting of Bovey Tracey Town Council next week.

The meeting on March 29 will take place at the Riverside Community Centre in Station Road, and begins at 7pm. 

The annual meeting gives residents the opportunity to hear reports from clubs, societies, charities, schools, churches, and other groups and organisations in Bovey Tracey and Heathfield.

There will also be the opportunity to hear about the work the council has done over the past 12 months including details of town finances, planning applications and works carried out in the town’s parks and green spaces.

Part of the meeting will be given over to the public, so they can put questions to councillors on the issues affecting the parish of Bovey Tracey and Heathfield.

A highlight of the meeting will be the moment presentations are made to recipients of the town’s Community Awards.
