A woman who lives in Tudor Road, Newton Abbot, wants Teignbridge Council to sort out parking problems in the street.Alison Lee, who has lived there for a year, has forked out £640 in parking fines despite having a parking permit. She claims there are hardly any spaces in her road to park.'I come home from work at around 11.30pm and the road is chocker with cars. many don't have permits but still park in the permit zones,' said Miss Lee.<
