Sean Brogan, of the Devon Socialist Party, of Coombe Vale Road, Teignmouth, writes:
The mountain of mail that has been delivered from the main parties in this election appears now to be reduced to junk status like Greece's debt. Finally, the real issue in this election has been force out of the politicians, that of what happens after the election to the NHS, Education and all our other services.
All the parties are planning massive cuts to compensate for the speculation of the 'banksters'. Trying to find details of how they are going to cut is like looking for a needle in a haystack but now the Institute of Fiscal Studies has forced their hand to come clean on their intentions. The billions of pounds that we gave the banks will now have to be paid back a second time through tax increases and cuts in services.
In the meantime banks such as the RBS is paying out bonuses of £1.3 billion having rebuilt their balances using our money. Voting for any of the main parties is like turkeys voting for Christmas.
I only wish I was in a constituency which has an 'anti-cuts' candidate! Loss of jobs, houses, income cannot be compensated by electing an MP who serves as an 'advice worker'.
