A TEIGNBRIDGE library has put a call for young people to join them over the summer holidays for a volunteering opportunity.

Teignmouth Library are looking for young people aged 13-17 to help them with the Summer Reading Challenge, which runs from July 8 to September 16.

Prospective volunteers will be responsible for encouraging children aged four-11 to take part in 'Ready, Set, Read!', a sports and games themed challenge, as well as helping to run fun weekly crafts and games.

There is no minimum commitment and full training will be given also.
