A MOTORCYCLIST from Newton Abbot was injured in collision with a car at the town’s Sainsbury’s car park last night (tues).

The rider fell off off his black and red Lexmoto motorbike and injured his ankle.

The collision with a Newton Abbot-registered silver Vauxhall Astra happened at 10pm.

Police and paramedics were called.

The casualty was taken by ambulance to Torbay Hospital for treatment.
