A HEADshave and leg wax in Bovey Tracey has raised more than £2,500 for Rowcroft Hospice.

The bold stunts took place at Margaret Dyer's New Image salon back in May.

Mrs Dyer volunteered to lose her locks while junior stylist Joe Andrews endured the waxing.

Their combined efforts netted £2,523, the cheque now safely in the hands of the hospice's Debbi Shotton.
