THE South Devon Company (D) of the Devon Army Cadet Force enjoyed a magnificent display by the Corps of Drums at the annual dinner and dance at The Cliffden Hotel, Teignmouth. The occasion marked the Dining Out of the company commander, Major David Lillicrap, who has been promoted to Lt Colonel and will be posted to cadet headquarters in Exeter.
