THE Grimpound Border Morris recently held a Wassail at the Goodwill Community Allotments site in Bickington.
The free community event, which was organised by Michael Hext, director of Bickington Goodwill Community CIC, was well attended and great fun, with free hotdogs and mulled cider for everyone.
The CIC organise many free events, as well as ‘pay what you can’ events, to raise funds for local charities
They have, for example, a craft and vintage fair on from 10am to 2pm on March 23 at Bickington Village Hall.
