A MAN from Dawlish is to stand trial at Exeter Crown Court accused of attacking a woman on Boxing Day.
Chad Taylor, aged 24, also known as Shipton, of Meadow Rise, Dawlish, pleaded not guilty to causing actual bodily harm and making a threat to kill. Both offences dated back to December 26, 2022.
He admitted damaging a television and ceramic figures of a cow and a sheep, all of which belonged to the same complainant, in the same incident.
Taylor appeared on video link from Exeter Prison and Judge David Evans remanded him in custody with a provisional trial date later this year.
