PARAMEDICS treated a man for minor cuts after a road accident in Kingsteignton.

The man suffered a cut to his eye in the incident, which happened on the A380 at Ware Barton.

Firefighters from Teignmouth came across the accident while returning from another incident.

One car, a Toyota Yaris saloon, was involved in the crash, which happened just before 9pm on Monday.

The casualty was treated by paramedics at the scene while firefighters made the vehicle and the area safe.
