A MAN was due to appear in court today following the discovery of cannabis plants at an address in Newton Abbot.
Police have issued several images of the cultivated plants, the day after an operation was launched in the town.
The Neighbourhood policing team and colleagues conducted a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act at the address.
Officers say a ‘substantial cannabis cultivation’ was found at the property.
