MOTOWN superstars Martha and the Vandellas are getting ready to entertain hundreds of music lovers in Denbury this weekend.

The Grammy award winners will be joining a long list of other musicians set perform on Glas-Denbury Music and Arts Festival’s five stages.

Fairfield Farm, on the outskirts of Denbury, will once again host the two-day summer spectacle, which takes place tonight and tomorrow.

Martha Reeves and her American group will be blasting out their famous tunes including Jimmy Mack and Dancing in the Streets when they headline tonight.

International chart-toppers The Real Thing, famous for their smash hit You To Me Are Everything, will be closing the festival tomorrow night.

Children’s favourite Basil Brush will also be dropping into the festival tomorrow to entertain the crowds.

Glas-Denbury, which was created in 2013, recently picked up silver in the Visit Devon Awards for Best Festival of the Year and a bronze in the South West Excellence Awards.

Other acts set to perform at the extravaganza includeJoanna Cooke, Echo Town, Samantics, Mr B the Gentleman Rhymer, Kindred Spirit and Jessica and the Rabbits.
