TWO people in Scotland have been arrested in connection with a £2 million phone call scam which claimed victims in Teignbridge.
Detectives from Zephyr – the south west's regional organised crime unit – detained the pair in Glasgow as part of their probe into courier fraud.They are the first arrests made north of the border and follow the detention of ten people in the London area last month and others earlier in the south west.
