THERE were more than 50 antisemitic-related crimes recorded by Devon and Cornwall Police since January 2024, a Freedom of Information (FOI) request has revealed.
The force recorded 64 crimes between January 2024 and June 2025, the FOI request shows.
It comes as Devon and Cornwall Police logged more religious and race hate crime offences last year.
New figures from the Home Office show Devon and Cornwall Police recorded 2,560 hate crimes in the year to March – up 19 per cent from 2,151 the previous year.
Of those, 1,564 were racially motivated, compared to 1,238 the previous year.
And 173 were religious hate crime offences, an increase from 126 the year before.
