Plans to scrap Sunday parking charges have been announced by Teignbridge Council.,The move would reduce income by £76,000 but the authority said it wanted to reduce the financial burden on tax payers and promote 'social and economic wellbeing'.,Drivers using the district's rural car parks, including those in Chudleigh, Ashburton, Buckfastleigh, Moretonhampstead and Bovey Tracey, could benefit from the change as early as next month.,Newton Abbot, Dawlish and Teignmouth might also be included each winter between the end of October and March.,Wardens currently patrolling the sites would be deployed elsewhere.
