Colourscape – an inflatable walk through labyrinth of colour and sound - returns to Buckfastleigh this weekend, July 14 and 15.
The attraction will be based at Duckspond and open from 11am to 4pm.
Buckfastleigh Town Councillor Simon Rines said: ‘Colourscape is one of those experiences you can’t do justice to through a description.
‘The structure is a huge inflatable with different coloured chambers that you walk through. Lit naturally, the effects are breathtaking as you enter a unique sensory world. Both kids and adults love it.
‘Apart from its visit last year, this is the only time it has come to the South West this decade and we are very pleased that Colourscape agreed to visit us, rather than one of the bigger towns or cities.
‘The feedback last year was fantastic, with locals loving it and the staff of Colourscape saying what a warm welcome they had from everyone in the town.’
This year the visit coincides with Buckfastleigh Rangers Football Club Fun Day tomorrow (July 14), so there’ll be lots of extra activities and entertainment on the Duckspond site.
Cllr Rines added: ‘And to celebrate the return of Colourscape, tomorrow evening (July 14) Buckfastleigh Cinema is producing themed cocktails and mocktails for the screening of Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri - one of the films of the decade!’
The film is at Buckfastleigh Town Hall. The bar opens from 7.30pm and the film starts at 8.30pm.
