A DEVELOPER bidding to build on a controversial Kingsteignton site is setting out its plans at a public consultation.
Isle of Man-based Cordex Land Promotions has been brought in to work on proposals for 70 new homes on land at Penns Mount.
Plans have already been approved for up to 250 homes on the rest of the prominent site at the gateway to the town.
Eagle One Homes was given planning permission last year but not without criticism.
The area is included in the draft version of the local plan for Teignbridge, including green space at the top of the hill.
