‘THAT’S made my day,’ said Lucy Farnsworth (pictured left) as she picked up her first prize in Newton Abbot’s Christmas Woodland Trail Competition run in the Mid-Devon Advertiser.

Lucy, from Newton Abbot, received the first prize of a £200 gift voucher for Austins Department store from owner David Austin (centre) and Sally Henley (right), Newton Abbot town centre development manager.

Lucy had correctly identified in which Newton Abbot shops all 12 woodland roundels, supplied by Woodland Wildlife (find them in the outdoor market), were located.

Grills, from Newton Abbot, received a £100 gift voucher for Austins.
