It's been announced that singer/ songwriter Newton Faulkner will be coming to Newton Abbot.

The Jolly Farmer has managed to sign up the acoustic guitarist to perform at the venue on March 16.

The venue is just one of seven throughout the UK that he'll play at on his spring tour.

'The gig has been arranged following a post on Newton's website and Facebook appealing for small venues for his Pop Up tour,' said Martin Baker of The Jolly Farmer.
