MANY businesses at Broadmeadow are being badly disrupted by heavy construction plant and lorries during the building of the new Teignmouth Morrisons supermarket complex.
They complain it is costing them trade, with one supplier refusing to deliver any more and employees falling sick through stress.
One described it as a 'total nightmare'.
People attending the Broadmeadow Sports Centre are also being hampered by the traffic and lack of parking.
Trish Schooling, of building contractor Schooling, said the premises closest to the Morrisons' site were confronted by regular jams on the main estate road.
