No lifeguards to patrol beach on weekdays until late May

LIFEGUARDS will not be present on patrol at a South Devon beach during weekdays.

Royal National Lifeboat Institute (RNLI) Lifeguards have announced they will not be on patrol at Exmouth beach during weekdays until May 27.

From May 27 the lifeguards will be present every day until the end of September.

At present, Lifeguards patrol Exmouth beach, a popular destination for many in Teignbridge, only on the weekends.
