THIEVES have struck at a garage in Chudleigh Knighton, making off with tools.

The break-in happened at a property in Devon Heath where the intruders forced a padlock on the garage door.

Three men were seen running away from the garage to a light-coloured vehicle nearby. Police believe they may be local.

Taken from the garage were an orange Stihl chainsaw and orange Stihl brushcutter.

The burglary took place early on Friday, October 9.

Officers are following up some lines of inquiry but are keen to hear from anyone who may have information.
