A TEIGNMOUTH dental group is able to take on more NHS patients after a revamp at its Den Crescent surgery. The Den Dental Group has converted offices into three more consulting rooms and has installed mod cons in its existing surgeries. Polish dentists Rafai Topolski, Agata Bialkiewicz and Malgorazata Anonczak have joined the firm, which also operates from Brunel Road, Newton Abbot. The group has worked with Teignbridge Primary Care Trust and the district authority to achieve 'the difficult task of providing NHS care for local and surrounding communities', said a spokesman. She added that the group was also looking to expand in the Torbay area. Negotiations are under way with the Torbay Primary care trust, which is also facing problems with NHS dental provision. Patients that are not registered with an NHS dentist could contact the Teignbridge Primary care trust on 01626 357000. It takes responsibility for dentist patient lists.
