TWO brothers from Kingsteignton had their 15 minutes of fame last week as they pitched their idea on the CBBC show Pocket Money Pitch.

Ashton and Kirkby West, who attend Teign School, presented their idea of Real Meal Pizza – pizza with meals like roast dinner and spaghetti bolognese on it.

First the duo had to pitch their idea to five potential mentors, who would decide if they liked the pizza or the boys’ opposition, Lauren with her scrummy egg, which was just like a scotch egg but it came in different flavours.

Luckily for the brothers, three out of the five mentors voted in favour for them and they had to pick one of the three to give them advice and tips before pitching to multi-millionaire Levi Roots, best known for his Reggae Reggae Sauce.
