DARTMOOR planners have given unanimous backing to Ashburton's 'unique and pioneering' £4 million Atrium Studio on the edge of the town.

They took just half-an-hour to give their blessing to the scheme, which is expected to bring an estimated £24 million of indirect investment to the area in the next ten years.
