PLANS for luxury homes, industrial units, offices, beach huts, boat storage and repairs and parking at Teignmouth’s Riverside Boatyard are among planning applications made this week to Teignbridge Council.

Also, plans for a cafe and retail area at Lillisford Stud Grange Littlehempston, eight business units in Ipplepen, a shed for dog grooming at Kingsteignton – are among the other applications.

Every week dozens of planning applications are submitted to the local councils, and the coronavirus pandemic has not changed that.
