Detailed plans for the first phase of the Challabrook development at Bovey Tracey have been submitted to Teignbridge Council.

The plans show proposals for 156 dwellings, 12 self-build homes and sites for employment use in this initial phase.

The final development is proposed to build up to 270 houses on 50 acres of agricultural land to the west of Monks Way.
