NEARLY 250 people have had a sneak preview of a major housing development earmarked for Kingskerswell.
The Crown Estate, which wants to put 170 homes on a 20-acre site just off the Torquay Road, is expected to submit a planning application to Teignbridge Council next month.
It hosted two special exhibitions at Kingskerswell Primary School to show off the ‘emerging’ proposals which feature a new public hall, park, walking and cycling routes and children’s play areas.
