A DRAFT plan for 270 new homes and employment land in Bovey Tracey has been approved despite serious concerns over the lack of primary school provision in the town.
Concerns about infrastructure for development of the 19-acre site at Challabrook were also raised as Teignbridge Council planners considered the controversial framework.
Town councillors in Bovey Tracey have serious reservations about aspects of the plan and have declined to sign up to the proposals at this stage.
