PLANS to develop and expand Kingskerswell have taken a major step forward.

Land owners Crown Estate have submitted an application to Teignbridge Council to build 175 new homes on land in the east of the village.

The overall scheme for the site also includes community facilities with a new public hall, park, walking and cycling routes and children’s play areas. Read the full story in this week’s paper.
