IT has been a month since missing Kingsteignton man Shaun Brown was last seen.

And today, on his 33rd birthday, his sister Laura Vickery has once more made a plea from the heart for anyone who knows of her bother’s whereabouts to get in contact

'It’s now four weeks since he went missing ,’ said Laura.

‘Every day it is getting harder and harder for us all but today, Shaun’s birthday, is so painful. It’s a day that should be celebrated, friends and family wishing him a happy birthday in person or over the phone but we can’t do that today but so desperately want to.’

‘The not knowing what’s happened to him is the hardest part. It’s as if Shaun has been plucked off the face of the Earth and taken from us.

‘Just to know that he’s alive and safe and well would be incredible news.’

Shaun was last seen on the evening of March 17 and his last known location was the Preston side of Teigngrace in the early hours of March 18. His belongings were found at the Sampsons Farm end of Teigngrace at around 9.30am on the same day.

Despite extensive searches by police, coastguard and Dartmoor search and rescue teams, no clues have turned up to his whereabouts. He had no phone or wallet with him and there has been no activity on his bank account.

‘Shaun has worked all over the country in numerous jobs from shopfitting to erecting marquees and makes it difficult because he could be anywhere,’ continued Laura.

‘We are so worried about him and need to have him home where he is safe and will be loved. Shaun is a gentle giant with a big heart and this is totally put of character for him.

‘He needs to know that he is not in any trouble at all, he just needs to come home.’

Laura is asking anyone who sees her brother or has information about him to contact the police immediately on 101 quoting log number 18.03.2021200.

Shaun is described as being a white male, 6 foot three inches tall with short dark hair and a beard. At the time he went missing it was not known what clothing he was wearing.

‘Someone must know where my little brother is,’ said Laura. ‘The whole family is in turmoil and worried beyond belief. His dog Zak is currently being looked after by our dad and he is missing him terribly too.

‘If anyone knows where he is or if you are keeping him safe please just let him come home as there are so many people desperately missing him.’
