A FATHER and young daughter were the latest victims of the perils of the River Teign's muddy banks at the weekend.
The duo, on holiday from London, were pulled out of the mud near Coombe Cellars on Saturday afternoon.
The father came a cropper in the shifting mud as he ventured in to save his four-year-old who suffered a similar fate moments earlier.
