ONE man was arrested following an illegal rave on Dartmoor near Postbridge overnight on Saturday and Sunday.
Police say: ‘We were called at around 4.30am on Sunday, November 20, with reports of an unlicensed music event taking place in the Postbridge area of Yelverton.
Units attended and contact was made with the Forestry Commission who are the affected landowner, and the Dartmoor Park Ranger.
The site was cleared late afternoon and enquires continue into this matter.
On Twitter the police report: ‘The driver of this car decided to attend a rave overnight not wanting to draw attention to himself he was uninsured.
‘When stopped he tested positive for cannabis and cocaine – vehicle seized and driver arrested’
