UPDATE: DEVON and Cornwall police have confirmed a man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class B, cannabis, and possession of a firearm without a certificate.

He was released on bail until 5 May.

The warrant was executed around 10am yesterday.

POLICE raided a property in Kingsteignton yesterday.

Officers executed a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act at the address in the town.

One person was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply drugs and firearms offences.

That person has been bailed pending further enquiries.

While at the address, concerns were raised about the welfare of a number of animals.

RSPCA officers attended the scene and seized a number of dogs.

An investigation is now underway relating to the dogs.
