POLICE are appealing for information to help locate a 34-year-old man who is sought on recall to prison.

Sax Foster from Torquay is wanted by police for failing to adhere to his post-release conditions.

Numerous enquiries have been made by police to locate him.

Officers are now appealing to the public to report any sightings of Foster who is described as of slim to medium build with dark hair and he has neck tattoos.

A spokesperson for Devon & Cornwall Police said: ‘Anybody who sees Foster or knows of his whereabouts is asked not to approach him but to contact police on 999, quoting reference number 50250214602.
