BOY racers are continuing to use a Kingsteignton car park as an arena for handbrake turns and doughnut driving, police have revealed.

The problem has been ongoing for months, sparking complaints from residents living near the Newton Road retail park.

As well as the anti-social driving, the youths play loud music and leave litter.
