THERE have been no changes to the Bradley ward in Newton Abbot on Teignbridge Council.

Both current serving members Phil Bullivant and Mike Hocking have kept their seats for another four years.

Independent Cllr Hocking came out on top with 590 votes closely followed by Tory Cllr Bullivant on 574.

Cllr Hocking, who didn’t turn up to the count as he didn’t think he’d get elected, said after the news was broken to him: ‘I am shocked, but over the moon!’
