A WOMAN was slightly hurt in a head-on collision between two cars at Stover outside Newton Abbot yesterday.

Traffic snarled up on the A382 after a Vauxhall hatchback was in collision with a Kia near the entrance to Stover School.

Police and paramedics attended the incident just after 2pm.

The casualty did not need to be taken to hospital.
