A RAFFLE is taking place in Kingskerswell tomorrow in a bid to drum up as much cash as possible for Rowcroft Hospice.

Ten women from Slimming World and three of their children are gearing up to take part in the charity’s Colour Rush run.

But instead of collecting sponsors, the group have decided to hold a raffle instead and have so far come up with £600 worth of prizes.

Prizes include a caravan break, gardening pack from Fermoy’s Garden Centre, a photo-shoot and a series of meal vouchers for a string of popular venues in the area.

The draw is set to take place at the public hall from 6pm.
