Rejection of third home on farmland ‘a major blow’

A FARMING family’s plea for an extra property on their land to accommodate a second working daughter has been rejected by Dartmoor planners.
They threw out the application for the agricultural worker’s dwelling on the 94-acre Beacon View Farm at Drewsteignton, saying that the two properties already in place were sufficient for the business’s needs.
